When Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson were at church together in Hamburg they knew that there was no turning back. Ashley was only 17 and never had a boyfriend, so they took it slow. It was obvious that they loved each other from the very first site. Andrew prayed to God during New Year's Day just as 2016 was about to begin. He asked God for one final blessing that year: that Ashley accept his proposal and be married. Ashley was looking for a rustic folk wedding theme that represented both her and Andrew. The wedding consisted of the many things they love. Ashley grew on 40 acres that were selected as their venue. Ashley was a keen player and would explore all the land, including the trails they had walked in order to reach it. Andrew, Ashley and their companions had already explored this area several times when they started to get together. Because almost everything was made by the bride and groom personalization was important. Ashley created and painted a lot of the decor, while Andrew and Ashley's dad created the ceremony seating and arch. Ashley claims that, the wedding wouldn't have been as beautiful without Anna's amazing floral designs the wedding would not have been as magical or romantic as we dreamed. It truly is breathtaking.
